“This year the Dutch Football Federation (KNVB) celebrated the 130th anniversary of amateur soccer in The Netherlands. With almost 3.000 clubs and over 626.000 matches every week, the Dutch football landscape is truly unique and we wanted to honour them with a project just as special.
We gathered the biggest collection of soccer shirts from all over the country, hung them out to drie and used them as a red thread in a love poem to the Dutch amateur soccer scene. From early morning bike rides to the muddy soccer pitch at the end of the day.”
